Festival Foods in Hartford is the latest addition to the chains on-going expansion into south eastern Wisconsin.  The project site repurposed a vacant Kmart and transformed it into a stand-alone full service grocery store and a 7-Unit strip mall.  Willkomm partnered with DBS Group to build this latest development.
