Ava Woods

Ava Woods is an 18 lot subdivision located just down the street from Bradford High School. Willkomm acted as the general contractor coordinating all subcontractors to deliver the project turn-key to Home Path Development.  Despite the project taking almost two years to secure the proper funding and permits, Willkomm was able to turn it over to the developer in only 3 months.
