The Walmart in Greenfield turned out to be a much more complex project than was initially planned. After Willkomm started digging, they started to uncover the remains of an abandoned waterpark. With Willkomm's expertise on soil conditions, they were able to identify what the most economical and practical way to strengthen the soil to be safe to build on.
